The pictures shown below are of the Puppy Food, treats, and puppy pen we use with our puppies. We recommend purchasing these items prior to puppy pick up to have on hand for when your new puppy comes home.

The treats and pen are not a requirement, but your Puppy will Love you for them :)

We start feeding our puppies Purina Pro Plan Puppy Lamb & Rice at the age of 4 weeks (moistened) 

Over the next 2 weeks we gradually begin to lessen the water mixed in the food so that by 6 weeks of age the puppies are eating dry puppy food.

The food can be purchased from Chewy or Tractor Supply or possibly PetSmart or another pet store near you.

 

We recommend Milk Bone treats for puppies over 8 weeks of age. You can use the Soft & Chewy with young puppies and then change to the hard Milk Bone treats if you wish once the puppy is older.

Absolutely NO Rawhide Treats!!

We recommed the 8 panel pen for young and growing puppies. It allows the puppy room to move and play and can be used into adult. They will not outgrow it :) The pen shown above is one we purchase from Amazon.

If you wish to use a crate, we recommend starting small and then increasing size of crate to medium, then to large, then to extra large (if needed) as the puppy grows... This will be a continious purchase as the puppy will continue to grow until 12 months of age or so.
